A basic introductory Tai Chi program with specific emphasis on Falls Prevention Tai Chi exercises and techiniques. This program aims to improve muscle strength, flexibility, stability and builds confidence in mobility, therefore reducing the risk of falls.
Friday 10am to 10.45am on Zoom.
