Program Details

With over 25 years experience in the industry at Moving to Health Studio we provide personalized service in a friendly environment to help you improve your fitness and overall wellbeing through Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Gentle exercise, Posture ball classes, massage therapy and meditation.

Opening Hours:

Monday 12.30 to 4.00pm

Tuesday 12.30 to 4.00pm

Cost:

$80 per hour Massage therapy or Reiki treatment per class/visit

Target Age:

Over 50s

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those with walking aids may have difficulty with the few stairs getting up to the clinic.

Special requirements or conditions:
