GENTLE CHAIR YOGA

Feel fantastic through this combination of seated chair Yoga postures, resistance band exercises, supported standing balance, and movement to music. Learn easy breathing and relaxation techniques. Stretch and strengthen without strain.
There is no lying on the floor. Keep Active and Stay Strong!
