Program Details

Exercise from the comfort of your own home - log into zoom to participate in this class.

Hand and body weight exercises to strengthen the muscles, increase bone density and improve flexibility, Standing and matwork (yoga inspired) balance exercises followed by some gentle stretching.

Opening Hours:

Monday 4-5pm via zoom focusing on CORE exercises


Wednesday 2-3pm via zoom focusing on strength using weights, balance and stretch

Cost:

$15 per class paid in advance OR $20 casual rate per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

dementia/cognitive impairment, post-surgery and those with walking aids.

Special requirements or conditions:

comfortable clothing and a SAFE place to exercise in the comfort of your own home.

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
