Program Details

Walking Basketball is a fun and low impact version of basketball. It's aim is to get people out and active but in a social setting.

Sessions consist of skills and games and cater to all levels - it is perfect for the beginner right through to long term players who now just want a slower, social game/activity.

Please were comfortable shoes, preferably closed-in runners or trainers.
