Creating Calm - Qigong Shibashi 

An opportunity to learn Qigong routines (energy & relaxation exercises) to calm and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. Shibashi is a unique combination of gentle flowing exercises which introduce basic elements of weight shifting, coordination of legs and arm movements along with controlled breathing. It is suitable for all ages. The movements may be done either sitting or standing.

Opening Hours:

Sundays at 4.30pm-5.40pm

Please note: There are NO sessions on the first Sunday of each month.

$8 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants need to have access to computer / laptop/ or iPad and have ability to login and use device.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants need to have basic knowledge of using a computer and the latest Zoom app on your device (which is a free app to be downloaded).
