Held in a community pool with an approximate water temperature of 28 - 30 degrees. A faster pace workout for fitter people in chest deep water that aims to improve fitness.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for those with a cognitive impairment or use a walking aid.

Special requirements or conditions:
