Program Details

Group session with warm up - individualised strength based program followed by group cool down incorporating balance and pelvic floor. Seated or standing options available to suit your health requirements. Initial assessment required.Delivered via Zoom for distance participants.

50 Plus, 55 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring a drink bottle and wear comfortable clothes with non-slip shoes

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Cert III.

Fitness Leader - Cert IV

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
