Program Details

Table tennis includes low/moderate to high intensity but you can take rests when needed.

Doubles or singles players and all levels of fitness are welcome. The Convenor will explain the safety rules for the activity.

Opening Hours:

Monday, 1.30pm-3.30pm

Friday, 1.30pm-3.30pm

Gosford 50+ opens at 8.30am and closes at 4.00pm

Cost:

$3.00 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Carers are welcomed if needing to assist someone in the Centre.
No players with walking aids are suited to this activity.

Special requirements or conditions:

Closed in comfortable sports shoes, drink bottle and hand towel
