Program Details

The Grand Masters Program is a Karate program that has been modified and tailored to students over 50 years of age. This means that the curriculum has been designed with less impact work, managing injury or infirmity, fall prevention, and without sparring. 

• The program still focuses on the core of traditional Shotokan in particular, building strength, flexibility, core work, and strong techniques.
• There is also a self defence component, more applicable to students over 50 years old. 
• The program is suitable for students from the age of 50 upwards.
• This program is broken up into several levels based on belt rank and experience.

Opening Hours:

• Monday 6:30pm
• Wednesday 11:30am
• Wednesday 6:45pm
• Friday 11:30am

$15 per class/visit

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear comfortable clothes. A traditional Karate uniform and belt is provided to participants who sign up.
