Program Details

Warm up using large muscle groups followed by aerobic conditioning for heart health and body weight strength exercises. Specific strength movements using bands or weights for resistance. Balance incorporated into all sections of session with specific balancing exercises after cardio and strength work. Stretch for flexibility and pelvic floor exercises.

50 Plus, 50 to 90

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Cognitive impairment

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear non-slip shoes eg joggers, bring a water bottle, wear loose clothing suitable for movement

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Cert III.

Fitness Leader - Cert IV

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)

Fitness Leader - Registered
