Program Details
GASPAHS (Gwandalan And Summerland Point Active and Healthy Society) exercise is a low to moderate intensity physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in group-based classes in a friendly atmosphere. It is safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity. |
Opening Hours:
Monday, Wedesday, Thursday: 8.00am - 9.00am
Cost:
$2 per class/visit
Target Age:
50 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus, Any age for chair exercises for people with limited mobility - Chairobics
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Cognitive impairment
Special requirements or conditions:
Bring own towel and water bottle
Minimum Experience:
Beginner
Leader Qualifications
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Cert III.
Fitness Leader - Registered
