Program details
Instructor Lina Hehas been practising for over 20 years and is accredited Tai Chi instructor.
The class consists of warm-up exercises and the 42 Combined Tai Chi Form, the best class for Intermediate and Advanced participants.
Classes are conducted outdoors in Camperdown Memorial Park.
