InstructorRic Bolzan has been practising for over 20 years and is accredited instructor throughTai Chi for Healthandteaches Qi GongandTai Chi.
The class consists of warm-up exercises and the 24 Tai Chi Yang Style Form, the best class for Beginner to Intermediate participants.
Because of Covid-19, classes are now conducted outdoors in Camperdown Memorial Park.
