Whether you're a complete beginner or returning after years away, Nereids offers private, 45 minutes one-on-one swimming lessons designed specifically for adults and seniors.

We come to your location home pool or apartment complex and gently tailor each session to your own comfort, ability, and pace.

Our instructors are warm, patient, and trained in neuroscience-based teaching. Many of our senior clients never thought they'd feel safe in water again but with the right support, they do.

Whether your goal is to float, tread water, or simply enjoy the pool with your grandchildren well help you get there.

Cost:

Fees vary depending on the program, your individual goals, and lesson frequency. However, NSW Seniors Card holders receive 10% off all packages. Please visit our website or call us for a personalised quote.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

For safety reasons, swimming lessons are not recommended for participants with:
- Active infections (e.g. ear, eye, UTI, thrush)
- Incontinence
- Fever or increased body temperature
- Open wounds (e.g. ulcers, sutures, tinea)
- Acute cardiac conditions
- Very high or unstable blood pressure
If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.

Special requirements or conditions:

- Swimsuit and towel
- Thongs/slip-on shoes
- Bottle of water for hydration
- Goggles are encouraged but not required we tailor each lesson to your comfort, even if you prefer not to submerge your face.
