Program Details

1. <FHY Wellness Running-in-place>, with the upbeat music, eight easy-to-learn movements,  can greatly support the healing of the physical body.

Regular practice can result in better cardiopulmonary fitness with a more regular heartbeat and breathing during the running. It will treat sub-health conditions and improve your body shape.

This exercise can be practised by all, including all ages and fitness levels.

 

2. <FHY Space Stroll Practice>, helps people to resonate their body to the five elements and harmonise the relationships among body organs.  It's six movements are very relaxing and free flowing. 


 

3.<FHY Morning Massage Healing>, with eight sections of movements helps people to facilitate the smooth flow of all the meridian channels in the body when waking up in the morning and leaving people a fresh and energised throughout the day.

 

4.<FHY Evening Healing Therapy>, with ten sections of movements helps people get rid of negative energy before sleeping, and maintains the calm state in all organs so that the body can rest and recuperate. It also improves anxiety and insomnia.
