Program Details

Qigong Taiji (Tai Chi),  For Health, Harmony and Relaxation. Easy to follow instructions from Lisa McEvoy, having 18 years experience in the ancient Chinese art of Qigong Taiji, mind and body health exercises. Lisa provides a supportive and encouraging environment. 

Relaxed classes for beginner's and experienced participants, gentle, slow rhythmic movements to help balance mind, body and spirit.

Excellent programs to support physical, mental and emotional balance.

Helpful for conditions such as, muscular pain and skeletal misalignment, strengthening ligaments and tendons with posture correction and gentle stretching. Flexibility increases along with coordination and body awareness. Building strength and stamina of the bodies internal systems, heart and lung conditions aided through deep breathing and regulation of blood pressure. Focus and mental clarity to help release stress, tension and anxiety. Boost the immune system and increase vitality. Classes include short meditation to balance movement and stillness.  

Group sessions help to build confidence and increase our social circle. Join now, everyone is welcome, all levels of fitness are catered for.
