Through increased awareness we can recognise habitual patterns of movement and develop new alternatives. We can increase ease and range of motion, improve flexibility and coordination and rediscover our innate abilities to move gracefully and efficiently. This improves strength and balance.
- Tuesday classes are 12.15-1.15pm in person and online.
- Wednesday classes are 6.15-7.15pm online only.
- Friday classes are 7.45-8.45am at Centennial Park and online.
$20 per class/visit
Special requirements or conditions:
Please wear comfortable clothes.
Newtown classes are across the road from the Station and right at the bus stop.
UNSW classes are at the Judo room in the Gym on the corner of High ST and Anzac Parade. Buses stop right there.
