Program Details

 Over 50's fitness program - Including aerobics, weights, bands and stretching for 1 hour to music with a variety of trainers.

Tues and Fri 8am-9am

Cost:

$7 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

dementia/cognitive impairment, post-surgery or those with walking aids)

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring own mat weights bands - some wights and bands available if required

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Exercise Physiologist

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
