Tai Chi has many health benefits.

Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Additionally Tai Chi improves mood, enhances relaxation, and can help manage many chronic health conditions.


By following the instructor, you will learn the flowing movements, rhythms and principles of Tai Chi, including postural Alignment, Breathing, movement Control. You will feel better, move easier and become stronger.


All levels of ability are catered for (including seated), and the class accomodates beginners to intermediate.


Classes are small and friendly. Everyone is welcome.


Your instructor is qualified and experienced in both Fitness and Tai Chi.

Opening hours:

Fridays 11 am - 12 midday, throughout the year.
