Program Details

This is a strength and balance program for seniors. Harder and easier versions of exercises are provided according to individual needs. The program is in a group environment, while each person has their own individually tailored program.

The program provides balance challenges and strength exercises such as sit to stands, modified lunges and upper body resistance exercises with bands or small weights. 

Opening Hours:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am.

Cost:

$10 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants must be able to mobilise independently.

Special requirements or conditions:

Must bring own water bottle and towel

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)

Tai Chi Instructor (Accredited)
