Program Details

This program is built for seniors looking to build their strength and bone density.

We are a facility specifically built with over 50's in mind - you can exercise in a non-intimidating environment. You can even grab an espresso after you workout and chat with your friends.
Karl is the coach - he has 31 years of experience and was born with Cerebral Palsy. He learnt the 'Big 4 Lifts" to stay out of a wheelchair and is now teaching these exercises to other adults. 
These exercises are safe and will help you with your everyday movement. The exercises are:
  • Deadlift - This helps to keep you upright and lets your bend at the hips. You would feel the benefit in everyday walking and posture.
  • Squats - These will help you walk, climb stairs and of course squat, whether that's in a car seat or at a dinner table.
  • Shoulder Press and Bench Press - These strengthen your shoulders and will help you with lifting items overhead and picking up a grand children!

Weekdays from 8am  - please call to make a booking.

Cost:

$105 per lesson per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus
