Program Details

Indoor Bowls includes movement for the upper and lower body and hand eye coordination.
Site impaired people get guided directions from others playing, for example where the jack, is what side of the mat, distance etc.
Those unable to bend low to the ground due to bad knees or backs can learn to use a bowls arm extender. It operates as an extension of the bowler’s arm and has a bowl grip at one end and a handle at the other.
It's a social environment with many friends to be made while getting light exercise for all ages. Friendships to be made with like minded people.
