Program Details

Our classes for seniors are designed to help mature people fit into a comfortable environment to build strength, flexibility and posture, which in turn will help with balance, coordination and reducing the risk of falls. Seniors classes are both upright and seated, there is no floor work, so what are you waiting for? Come along and have some fun with us!
