Program Details

Zumba Gold is a slightly adapted version of the popular Zumba class, with less impact and slower moves, designed for all ages and abilities.

Wednesdays, 10.15am

Cost:

$10 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Paritcipants need to be able to stand and move independently and to follow instructions.

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothes, closed shoes
