Experience fitness, connection and joy at our weekly DanceMoves for Seniors community classes in Burwood, proudly hosted by Inner West Neighbour Aid.

DanceMoves is suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels, with movements that can be adapted to individual needs. Participants are welcome to dance seated or standing, at their own pace, while enjoying familiar music favourites.

Classes focus on improving strength, balance, mobility and flexibility in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment, while encouraging social connection and wellbeing.
