Program Details

Every ActiveStrongerBetter session includes a warm up, an aerobic conditioning segment, some resistance work to build muscle capacity, and an interactive activity to build co-ordination and social engagement.

All sessions include a challenge to balance and stability through a range of strategies.

Each session concludes with a gentle cool down and static flexibility phase.

We take a 6-week break over Christmas.

$10 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If participant requires a support worker, it is preferred that the worker stays with participant for the class.

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Cert III.

Fitness Leader - Cert IV

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)

Fitness Leader - Registered
