Program Details

This class is a 55 minute strength and balance program specifically tailored for people over 60.

We start with a warm-up to music, then move to the strength component using hand weights or bands (dependent on the participant's abilities).

The next part is dedicated to balance, agility, and mobility exercises. We keep this fun and light-hearted so participants can really enjoy the experience.

We end with a guided roll-down and some light stretching.

Opening Hours:

12.30 pm on Mondays

11.00 am on Thursdays

Cost:

$15.00 or $12.50 concession per class/visit

Target Age:

60 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring water bottles and a small towel

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
