Program details

Our 45 minute Pilates classes focuses on building core strength and flexibility through low-impact exercises and movement.

Opening hours:

Mondays

•  7.30am to 8:15am

Tuesdays

• 8:30am to 9:15am

Classes run all year except public holidays and 2 week Christmas closure.

Cost:

$12 per class/visit

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

This class is held upstairs, there is no lift available.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should bring their own mat and towel.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
