Program details
Our 45 minute Pilates classes focuses on building core strength and flexibility through low-impact exercises and movement.
Opening hours:
Mondays
- 7.30am to 8:15am
Tuesdays
- 8:30am to 9:15am
Wednesdays
- 9am to 9.45am
Classes run all year except public holidays and 2 week Christmas closure.
Cost:
$15 per class/visit
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
This class is held upstairs, there is no lift available. Not suitable for those with congitive impairment.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should bring their own mat and towel.

Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV

The Centre is down the laneway off Military Road, next to Priceline Pharmacy. Parking is available to the rear of the Centre.
The class is held upstairs with no lift available.
