Program details

This is a 60 minute calming and restorative yoga class that has been designed to help improve flexibility and movement.

All levels of experience are welcome.

Opening hours:

Tuesdays

1. 9.30am

Wednesdays

1. 9.30am and 6pm

Thursdays

1. 9.30am

Classes run all year except public holidays and 2 week Christmas closure.

Cost:

$15 per class/visit

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

This class is not suitable for those with cognitive impairment.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should bring their own mat and towel.

Minimum experience:

Beginner
