Program Details

This circuit class is a 45 minute class that is great for everyone regardless of your fitness level. 

It is a low impact but dynamic workout that incorporates a variety of exercises at different stations, and you can complete each exercise at your own pace.

Opening Hours:

• Monday 8.30am
• Thursday 7.30am
• Friday 9am

Classes run all year except public holidays and our Christmas 2 week closure.

Cost:

$12 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should bring their own mat and towel.

Beginner
