Love dancing? Looking for a way to boost your heart rate and tone your body whilst having fun? 

Come to Zumba!

Mixing Latin American/pop/international music to dance moves, you will enjoy a 45 minute workout that uses interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Please note this will be a low impact class.

Opening Hours:

Friday 8am.

Classes run all year except public holidays and our Christmas 2 week closure.

Cost:

$12 per class/visit
