Program details
Qi Gong is a form of meditation in movement practice.
You will move in a gentle way, through a series of standing positions and movements to strengthen the muscles and you will learn how to listen to your body.
We will finish the class with a short meditation.
This is going to be a complete practice to balance body and mind!
This class is held online via Zoom.
