Zumba is a total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and dance.

The class is designed to suit a large range of fitness levels, all clients are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Each class is choreographed to an array of great music, a perfect mix of social and physical engagement.
