Program details

Our small group exercise classes run for 45 minutes and aim to help older individuals get moving so you can move better, live better and improve your overall health.

The goal of this class is to build strength, maintain/improve balance, reduce joint stiffness and overall allow you to feel younger!

During our classes you'll be using a combination of aerobic exercise machines (rower, bike, ski erg), machine and free weights as well as body weight exercises under the watchful eye of one our Exercise Physiologists. This class is a great place to start if you're new to exercising or apprehensive that you're behind in your exercise journey.

Our classes have also become a social occasion for many of participants, who often get together for a post workout coffee at a local cafe or at one our of monthly morning teas after class.

*Classes are not run on public holidays or during the Christmas and New Year periods.

$33 per class/visit

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Clients are required to complete a 30 min health consultation prior to joining class to complete a pre-exercise safety screen as well as baseline health/fitness testing.

Special requirements or conditions:

Clients are also required to wear enclosed shoes at all times.
Please bring water and we provide exercise towels.
