BoMiSo is a unique, specially curated, mild-to-low intensity program designed to enhance all three dimensions of human existence: physical, mental, and spiritual. The name 'BoMiSo', short for Body-Mind-Soul, itself reflects this holistic approach. BoMiSo has been awarded Trademark Number 2484067 by IP Australia. The complete program comprises three progressive levels or Modules; Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. Each Module consists of 10 x 60-minute sessions.

The program combines a blend of ancient Yoga techniques and modern evidence-based practices. The physical exercises include gentle stretching, bending, balancing, and turning, while the mental and spiritual techniques focus on de-stressing, breath control, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

Classes are delivered face-to-face by a Yoga licensed coach. One-on-one sessions or small group session can be arranged.

Participants of all skill levels are welcome. Exercises can be catered to meet varying skill and ability thresholds.

Participants are requested to book either 5 or 10 sessions at a time since this ensures better continuity and maximises impact delivery.

Classes do not run on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Cost:

One-to-one (personalised/individualised) : $75 per session/visit.<br /><br />
Group of up to 5 participants: $ 50 per session/visit, per participant. <br /><br />
Group of 6 - 10 participants: $ 40 per session/visit, per participant. <br /><br />
A 10% discount will be admissible to every participant booking 10 sessions, up front.<br /><br />

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants are advised to inform their GPs/health providers and obtain a clearance, especially if they have physical or mental concerns or impairments.<br /><br />

Special requirements or conditions:

Weather-appropriate clothing should be worn which facilitates stretching, bending and flexing.<br /><br />
It is best to do these exercises on an empty stomach. Adequate hydration with lukewarm water is recommended.
