Program details

This class offers a mix of moves using bodyweight, as well as a variety of equipment that will improve your cardiovascular health and core strength. With resistance of the water, great music and a friendly welcoming vibe - you'll also have fun.

Classes are available on:

• Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15 to 9am

Cost:

$21 per class for 60 years +
$25 per class for 18-59 years
Membership options available for $21 a week for 60+ years (unlimited access to all classes and facilities)

Target age:

50 Plus, 55 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Held in the 50m Pool - all 1.2m deep. Anyone who cannot use stairs will be unable to attend as this is the only access point into the pool.

Special requirements or conditions:

Members may choose to wear some socks to help grip the bottom of the pool (not necessary)
