Program details

This class offers a gentle aqua aerobics workout with a mix of moves using body weight, as well as a variety of equipment aiming to improve your cardiovascular health and core strength. With resistance of the water, great music and a friendly welcoming vibe - you'll also have fun.

Classes are held on:

• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 1:00 to 1:45pm.

Cost:

$21 per class for 60 years +
$25 per class for 18-59 years
Membership options available for $21 a week for 60+ years (unlimited access to all classes and facilities)

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Held in the heated Leisure Pool - all 1.2m deep. Accessible via stairs as well as a gradient.

Special requirements or conditions:

Members may choose to wear some socks or aqua shoes to help grip the bottom of the pool (not necessary)
