Program details

A 45 minute seated or standing dance class that focuses on self-expression and movement through dance.

A qualified movement practitioner demonstrates inclusive guided movements so that clients can explore their creativity, coordination, fitness and flexibility as well as refresh their mind and body. 

No dance experience necessary, however this program is designed for people who have an existing and moderate level of movement in their daily lives.

Followed by optional lunch (BYO) and tea/coffee offered.

Opening hours:

• Every Friday 11:30am - 12:15pm / optional BYO lunch 12:30pm-1:00pm.
• No public holidays.

Cost:

Transport $15 (not provided for public participants).
Commonwealth Home Support Program CHSP $7 contribution.
Home Care Package HCP $40 (Service Agreement can be arranged to pay).
Public Participant $22 (if over 65 they are encouraged to register with My Aged Care).

Target age:

65 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing for movement and closed in, non-slip shoes.
