Program details

Onero is targeted bone and muscle strengthening that in published research demonstrates improvements with up to 4% in bone mineral density through evidence-based exercises.

Our 45 minutes classes are run by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist and can be run in a one-on-one setting or in a small group class setting (8 or less participants). An Onero physiotherapy initial assessment is also conducted.

Classes take place on level 2 of Woollahra Sailing Club with a harbour view.

Opening hours:

  1. Monday class: 7:20am, 8:15am, 9:15am
  2. Thursday or Friday: 7:40am, 8:30am


Classes run adhoc during the school holidays.

Cost:

Initial Physiotherapy, lifestyle and Onero assessment: Health fund code PT 500, over 70 minutes.<br />
Classes- 45 minutes , Health fund class code is PT 560, or 502.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Individuals must fit and well to participate.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

SOS Strong Physiotherapy is on the top floor ( Level 2 )of Woollahra Sailing Club, 2 Vickery Ave, Rose bay. It is inside the Sailing club, above the cafe and above Local's gym.
