Dance Class - see how much fun we have while exercising. Our movements suit any fitness level, great music, combination of dance and strength, no judgement, come as you are.
Chair Yoga Class - Gentle body movements while listening to tranquil music. Our classes are held in a friendly atmosphere. Movements are to build your flexibility, reduce stress, balance, joint health and strength building. The benefits are you will feel stronger and confident, increase flexibility and mobility, connect with others, reduce stress, better posture, mental agility and balance control.
Balance and Strength Class - Fun and engaging exercises to assist building your strength, flexibility and mobility to assist to prevent falls. The benefits are you will feel flexible, strong, energised while building your strength and joint health for balance.by building strength
Opening hours:
Dance Class
- Tuesdays: start at 9:30am
Chair Yoga Class
- Tuesdays: start at 10:15am
Balance and Strength Class
- Thursdays: start at 9:30am (no class on the second Thursday of each month)
No classes held on Public Holidays

$5.00 per class/visit
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
If a medical procedure has been undertaken then a medical clearance by your GP is to be provided.
If participants have signs of dementia, cognitive impairment, walking aids or less mobile, I suggest the chair Yoga class and Balance & Strength class only.
Special requirements or conditions:
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
Our Dance Class and Balance & Strength class do require weights
Our chair Yoga class is suggested to do in socks, no shoes.
