Program details

Our 45minute ActiveStrongerBetter session includes a warm up, an aerobic conditioning segment, some resistance work to build muscle capacity, interactive activity to build co-ordination and social engagement.

Exercises range from low to moderate intensity and include a  mix of bodyweight, balance, hand to eye coordination, cardio and light weighted exercises.

Opening hours:

Thursdays: 11:00am to 11:45am

Classes commencing from 3 July 2025

Cost:

$25 per class/visit
$200 for 10 pack class visits

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

If a client requires a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with their clients.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
