Program details

Zumba Gold is a fabulous fun dance fitness program. This class is performed at a lower intensity with modifications to be accessible to everyone. This is a fun social class, great for the mind as well as the heart.

A class will always begin with an 8-10 minute warm up, then proceed to lift your heart rate with 20 minutes of dance fitness with music to inspire. Following the cardio work, you will spend roughly 15 minutes doing toning and balance using light hand weights and lastly cool down and stretch.

Each class runs for 60 minutes . You can participate standing, seated, or a combination of both - whatever suits you best.

$17 per class/visit
$70 for 5 class pass (no expiry)

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

You need to be able to walk unassisted to get the full benefits of this class.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring water, towel and option hand weights (no more than one kilo in each hand).
