Program details

Our classes are delivered by qualified health professionals, including physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with over 10 years of experience working with older adults. Each session is tailored to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility, with individual modifications to suit varying health conditions and fitness levels.

Classes run for45 - 60 minutes in our private rehabilitation gym, providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment exclusively for attendees.

Each class runs for 45 - 60 minutes.

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled on Public Holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cost:

$15 per session per class/visit<br />
Free first class for new participants to trial the program<br />

Discounts / Special Offers: 10% discount when purchasing a 10-class pass upfront<br />
Exercise classes are eligible to be claimed via certain Health Fund rebates (depending on individual cover).<br />
Classes can also be billed directly to your Aged Care provider (where applicable).

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants are advised to wear comfortable, flexible clothing and supportive shoes suitable for exercise.<br />
Participants are encouraged to bring water to stay hydrated during sessions.<br />
Attendance may be limited for health or safety reasons; all participants are screened prior to starting the program.
