Zumba Gold is a fun gentle class  designed for older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Good for anyone who wants to burn calories and strengthen their muscles, all while enjoying a bit of a boogie, it’s fun and mood-boosting with numerous health benefits, both mental and physical,

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. It is also important to bring a water bottle
