Woollahra Life! invites you to explore wellness in a friendly and accessible environment. This class is a calming yet energising class for seniors, blending chair and mat yoga to improve mobility, core strength, and overall wellbeing.

Gently move, stretch and connect while building flexibility and strength in a relaxed and welcoming yoga class.
