Program details

Our mall walking group walks for approximately one hour. Join us for the entire session, or finish as it suits you!

Get some steps in for the day in a safe, air conditioned, all-weather environment, that has even flooring and no stairs.

There is seating scattered throughout the centre along our walking route if you need to pause for a break at any point.

We meet inside Westfield, near the Woolworths seating on Level 1.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace and to their own ability, and carers and companions are more than welcome to join.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
