The Menopause Method is a 12-week online health, fitness, and education program designed specifically for women in perimenopause and post-menopause.
Each week includes guided workouts, progressive resistance training, lifestyle education, and nutrition support tailored to this phase. Workouts are 30-40 minutes and combine strength, mobility, and low-impact cardio exercises, ensuring participants build and maintain muscle, improve bone health, and support overall wellbeing.
The Menopause Method also features weekly Mindset Lessons covering a range of topics relevant to menopause. All mindset lessons are guided by experts in the field alongside Michelle Bridges.
Opening hours:
The program is fully online, and new rounds start on the first Monday of every month.
Cost:
Lifestyle memberships start at $9.99 AUD per week or $159 AUD for one 12-week program.
Target age:
65 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Women with certain medical conditions, recent major surgery, or physical limitations that prevent them from safely performing resistance training may require medical clearance before participating.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should have access to basic home fitness equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands and a barbell and have a safe space to exercise.
