Tailored seniors over 65, wanting to stay independent & maintain their strength & improve their balance & stability to have a good quality of life

Opening hours:

  • Wednesdays 10:15 am -11:15 am during school terms.
  • Not available on Public Holidays.

Cost:

$20.00 per class

Target age:

65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Dementia, walking aids, cognitive impairment, multiple fallers, & those unable to do sit-to-stands from a chair

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring water, good fitting comfortable shoes

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
