Program details

Gentle Groove is a joyful, low-impact dance class for all abilities. Move with ease as we gently build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with our bodies in a relaxed, supportive space. Enjoy social interaction and connect with others while having fun. We offer both Seated & Standing classes, and you're welcome to join one or both.

Opening hours:

1. Classes run every Tuesday, excluding any public holidays
2. Seated Class - 9:30am - 10:45am
3. Morning Tea - 10:45am - 11:30am
4. Standing Class - 11:30am - 12:45pm

Cost:

CHSP eligible clients - $5 Per Class<br />
General Public - $10 Per Class

Target age:

65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Seeking medical advice before starting is recommended.
